Zach Smith

With over a decade of experience in high-end real estate, Zach Smith has perfected his ability to not only understand his clients’ wants and needs but to anticipate and fulfill them. Upon graduating from Middlebury College, Zach’s passion for the outdoors and surfing drew him to Los Angeles. He has entrenched himself in the beach communities, actively scouring the coastline for an uncrowded wave to surf, coaching youth soccer, or jumping in the ocean with his wife and daughter. As a REALTOR® at the Jim Hunt Group and EPLA, Zach has an in-depth knowledge of the Los Angeles real estate market, from Malibu to the Westside and down to the South Bay and Palos Verdes. Combining the team’s cutting-edge technology with his personal connections across the city, Zach ensures that whether you’re buying or selling, you’ll achieve the best possible outcome in your homeownership journey. Consistently ranked among the top agents nationwide, Zach Smith, a South Bay homeowner and real estate investor himself, is well-suited to help you reach your real estate goals. Zach is available at all times to answer any questions or mitigate any problems that may occur. This extends beyond the acceptance of an offer through the entirety of the escrow process and for years afterward. Having found an area so in sync with his lifestyle, he is passionate about helping others do the same.
