Alana Wagoner is a third generation realtor, proudly serving the beautiful South Bay of Los Angeles and Central Valley in California. She has been a full time realtor since 2019 and within her first year of obtaining her license she sold 21 homes, totaling a little over 9 million dollars in volume.
She has 3 hard earned designations, each of which allow her to tailor her expertise to a certain category of buyer or seller. The ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) designation, the SRES®, or Senior Real Estate Specialist designation, and finally the MRP®, Military Relocation Professional certification. As a Navy spouse, Alana has worked with an immense amount of military buyers and sellers and will go the extra length for these clients, who sometimes have to buy homes sight unseen.
Before real estate, Alana received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. She has also been actively working in the entertainment industry since the age of 8, adding such names as Nike, Pepsi, and Oil of Olay to her resume.
In her spare time, she loves spending time with friends and family, and crossing items off her bucket list! She has been skydiving in Hawaii, snorkeling between two continental plates in the frigid waters of Iceland, and learned how to salsa dance in Cuba, to name a few!
Alana will make sure to not only have this milestone purchase be a fun learning experience, but a memorable one for you and your family!
