Kim Bradley is a second-generation REALTOR® with Estate Properties, serving buyers, sellers, investors, and lease clients throughout the South Bay, with the Palos Verdes Peninsula at the core of her business. Kim was licensed in September 2021. Before that, she worked for a property management company, assisting with non-licensed management tasks, and began owning and managing investment properties of her own in 2004. As a licensed agent, she has also completed a 1031 Exchange of her own property. A former elementary school teacher in Palos Verdes and Manhattan Beach, Kim has spent more than 15 years in community leadership.
