Julie began her real estate career in 1978, marketing resort and upscale mountain properties in Big Bear Lake, CA. To further her career, Julie obtained her broker license in 1986, relocated to Palos Verdes Estates, and joined Palos Verdes Realty in 1987. In 2025, her company transitioned to Estate Properties, becoming one of the largest independent real estate companies in Los Angeles. The professional skills Julie honed in Big Bear benefit her buyers & sellers in the Palos Verdes & South Bay areas. She assists buyers in finding a home they love or can renovate into something they're proud of, and she empowers sellers to maximize their return on investment. Her professional accolades include the Lifetime Achievement, Hall of Fame, Platinum and 100% Clubs, and from 2013 to 2026, Julie helped support her office sales associates as a manager.
